摘要
Electric surface potentials measured by the jet method and surface tensions (by the drop weight method) of aqueous solutions of acetamid, acetic acid, methyl acetate, and acetone were investigated. The adsorption properties of the above-mentioned compounds such as the area occupied by one molecule A, the effective dipole moment of adsorbed molecule μ, the angle of surficial orientation θ, and the standard free energy of adsorption ΔG° at the free surface of water are discussed. © 1991.
