摘要：
This case describes the clinical symptoms and the treatment of a dog with several intestinal obstructions caused by repetitive intake of corpora aliena. After enterotomy and an extensive enterectomy, a treatment was started to resolve the resulting short bowel syndrome. This syndrome with all pertaining clinical symptoms caused by a more or less extensive enterectomy is described in the discussion.
