摘要
This paper presents the results of a measurement of the internal stresses and adhesion strength of lead telluride films obtained by discrete vacuum evaporation onto different optical materials at substrate temperatures from 100 to 250-degrees-C. It is shown that the use of PbTe layers in combination with ZnSe makes it possible to obtain IR interference filters having excellent operational parameters.
