摘要
The objective of this study is to know the perception of students about the mentorship program of the Division of Veterinary Science, University of Guadalajara for witch was applied a questionnaire to250 students during the cycle2011B (august-december). 24.4% of students meet his mentor and the main activity is the guidance in shaping their course curriculum. The quality of the mentorship process is seen as poor (56.8%) to regular (19.6%), considering the students to be better information on who is their mentor (64.4%) and what is mentor ship (56%). The results show the need to rethink the ongoing processes in the mentorship program.
