摘要
Four stereoisomers of 3′-methoxymethyl-L-2-(carboxycyclopropyl)glycines, conformationally constrained analogues of L-glutamate, were synthesized in a stereoselective manner from D-serinal derivative. Selective activation of either the NMDA or Non-NMDA receptor by these isomers was observed. © 1990.
