摘要
The alterations in amino acid composition of type I collagen have been studied in C57B1 mice with transplantable melanoma B-16. It has been found out that metastatic spreading was accompanied by marked changes of both monoaminodicarboxylic and iminoacids. The changes found may testify to alteration of the collagen structure in melanoma B-16 metastasizing.
