摘要
This article aims to evaluate the processes of reading and writing in virtual learning environments, and its contribution to the personal and professional development as well as its applicability in daily school teachers participating in the project. This proposal was offered to 115 teachers in the early years of elementary school, several states and countries of Latin America. Called Virtual Community Spirituality in Education, this study was conducted at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in distance mode completely, using the Moodle platform. This project was scheduled to take place on 8 modules for a total of 64 hours. Several topics were discussed. In this article, we analyzed only the criteria of reading and writing. Thus research assumes the following problems: how processes occur in reading and writing in the virtual environment and how these contribute to the personal and professional development of teachers in school life ?
