摘要：
Frozen sections are used very frequently as dignostic aid at different surgical procedures. The method is very safe. There is an agreement over 95% between frozen section and paraffin diagnosis. The effectivity of this method is depending not only on the experience of the pathologist but also on the cooperation between the surgeon and pathologist. Therefore knowledge about methode, indication and possible errors are essential. This paper gives an overview about these problems.
