摘要
MTi2(PO4)3 (M=Li,Na,K) compounds and corresponding single crystals have been obtained from MOH, TiO2 and 85% H3PO4 by hydrothermal crystallization. The conditions of the crystallization and crystal growth were described. X-ray, Raman and 31P MAS NMR studies were performed on these compounds to understand the characterization and purity of the products. The advantages of the hydrothermal crystallization compared with the solid state reaction for preparing MTi2(PO4)3 compounds were discussed. © 1990.
