Condensation in the continuum regime is investigated. The effects of the Stephan flow and the thermal diffusion on the mass flux have been considered. The correction factor, which takes into account the temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficient, is derived. Four different temperature profiles have been compared with each other to evaluate the temperature at the droplet surface. Also the Dufour effect has been studied. The importance of different effects has been studied numerically. They are significant if the vapour mole fraction is high enough and the temperature difference between droplet surface and medium is large (some tens Kelvins) or if the absolute value of the thermal diffusion factor is over 0.1.
