摘要：

In June, 1989, James River-Marathon began a comprehensive two-phase training program which taught operators how to run a new R-8 chlorine dioxide generator, brown stock fibre line and bleach plant. The training program represented the successful integration of a traditional training package, using classroom instruction and detailed training manuals, with an operator training simulator. James River-Marathon mill personnel were actively involved in the development, integration and delivery of the training program.
