摘要
This paper describes the design and construction of a high-rise steel building in Bucha-rest. The steel structure was designed according to the recently adopted Eurocodes and its performance was investigated using advanced techniques, including seismic perfor-mancebased methodology and wind tunnel tests. Robustness under extreme loading conditions was also investigated. The ECCS awarded the project a European Steel De-sign Award in 2007.
