摘要
In an experimental model or chemical induced bladder carcinoma in mice (strain B6D2F1) we used beta-hydroxybutylnitrosamine as carcinogen. We found that tumor progression cannot be prevented by intraperitoneal application of interferon alpha 2b (3 x 10(5) IU) in comparison to a control group which was treated by phosphate buffered saline (PBS) only. 11/27 mice in the control group and 10/27 animals in the interferon group developed advanced carcinoma.
