摘要
A humidity sensitive porous dielectric is modelled by an equivalent electrical circuit consisting of four passive elements. The model parameters are obtained by applying a nonlinear curvefit procedure on the frequency dependence of the measured capacitance and parallel resistance as a function of relative humidity.
