摘要
Results of a systematic investigation on the influence of the crystallographic structure of the surface of Bi, Sb, and Cd electrodes on the regularities of the structure of the electrical double layer in aqueous and nonaqueous solutions of surface-inactive electrolyte are reported. The way in which characteristics of the electrode surface affect the adsorption behavior of various organic molecules is studied. General regularities describing the effect of the chemical nature and the crystallographic structure of the surface on the structure of the electrical double layer and adsorption of organic compounds are found.
