摘要
Community participation as social and political elements is an important line of study for its implications and effects on local level. Nowadays, the inclusive public policies with territorial approach integrate the role of the community organization as key element for achieving its objectives; therefore, it is essential to analyze its dimensions. Under this logic, the issue of community participation in the implementation of the social policy that sustain the National Crusade against Hunger in Mexico is discussed to contribute to the conceptual framework on community participation, that intervenes in the public policies with social court.
