摘要
The article analyzes the problem of increasing the role of teaching practice in formation of future teacher's competence. It proposes in students' preparation and conduct of lessons at school to focus attention on mastering educational and upbringing methods of developing memory and thinking, communication culture and organizing pupils' teamwork in the classroom. Thus, planning, organizing practice of students at school and control of the quality of its process due to educational and professional tasks aimed at development of pedagogical competence according to principal components (cognitive, communicative, technological and connotative) enhances potential of future teachers mastering modern methods of improving efficiency of educational process. This is promoted by focusing of students-teachers' attention in the process of preparation and conduct of each lesson on each educational goal: development of memory and thinking, formation of culture of communication, teamwork and interpersonal relationships of pupils in the class, which in the end enables a student- teacher not be limited by transfer of educational information to pupils, but use it to diversify educational purpose in accordance with basic components of pedagogical competence.
