摘要
Amylase has been purified from the enzyme preparation amylorhyzin P10x by salt precipitation, ion-exchange chromatography, and gel chromatography. The degree of amylase purification markedly increased if proteinase components of the enzyme preparation were eliminated using biospecific sorbents.
