摘要
In the article the problem of influencing of personality of teacher is examined on the conditioning for moral education of young people. The theoretical ground of influencing of personality of teacher is given on an educating process. Personal qualities of the teacher are allocated: severity, restraint, modesty, keenness, sincerity, intelligence, sociability, love to a life. The teacher - the intermediary between the pupil and cultural wealth of the last and modern generations. These values, knowledge, moral - ethical standards bear in themselves personal features of the teacher.
