摘要
This paper is based on a study of occupational stress experienced by individuals employed in higher education. Data were collected from 71 faculty and administrators of a large university in the Eastern part of the Mediterranean. The participants completed the Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI). The study yielded a number of interesting points regarding the relationship between occupational stress related to gender.
