The present investigation was to describe digital literacy that mathematics teachers hold in the ICT field. Case: Media Education Teachers in Municipio N degrees 14 San Jose de Valencia, Venezuela. It was based on Pere Marques's Theory (2012) who suggested three dimensions: Basic Knowledge, Technical Instrumental Domain and Attitude towards ICT. It was a descriptive study with non-experimental design and transactional field. The population was constituted by 25 teachers, and a sample of 20 teachers, who answered a survey-type instrument under the parameters of the Likert scale with a reliability of 0.98 hundredth, considered very high. Results showed that most of teachers hold very high basic computer knowledge. Moreover, in the instrumental technical domain, teachers are highly competent, and finally, in terms of attitude in the use of ICTs, it shows teachers do not show the necessary attitude to implement them. Therefore, it is recommended to motivate teachers so their attitude will change favorably, regarding to digital literacy, and thus, to achieve complementing the strategies to improve the educative process.
