Influence of electrochemical parameters on anodic dissolution of copper in alcohol solutions of electrolytes

摘要
Studies of the effect of the kind of alcohol, kind of anion and water content (1-3) vol% on the anodic dissolution of copper and the nature of dissolution products were performed. The dissolution products were analysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS). The study show, the strong etching of copper at higher potentials, E > 1.0V, in alcoholic, solutions of salts. The rate of the process and dissolution products depend on the all investigeted parameters. There will be also presented possibilities of application of copper etching in mixed water-alcohol solutions for production of nano-particles of the oxide.
