摘要
The neutron profile refinement of Ca1.1BaLaCu3O7-delta (T(c) = 71 K) shows that it has an orthorhombic structure, similar to that of YBa2Cu3O7 (Pmmm, a = 3.886(3) angstrom, b = 3.850(3) angstrom, c = 11.660(8) angstrom). The corresponding Y-sites are occupied by La- and Ca-ions in 0.31:0.69 proportion, while the Ba-sites are occupied by Ba-, La- and Ca-ions in the proportion 0.50:0.14:0.36. The structure of Ca1.1BaLaCu2.8Zn0.2O7-delta (T(c) = 30 K) is also presented.
