摘要：

A case report of a male patient (16 years, 9 months) with dental trauma at the age of 9 is presented. Both central incisors in the upper jaw were fractured in the apical third of the root. Since endodontic treatment was inefficient, the teeth were extracted. Due to poor oral hygiene autotransplantation of a lower bicuspid to the frontal region was no treatment option. Consecutively, treatment objectives were to move the lateral incisors into the space and reshape them to central incisors and prepare an implantation in the region 12 and 22. Eventually occlusion should be a class I with correct overjet and over-bite. Active treatment lasted almost 2 years.
