摘要
In view of a monolithic integration of high-temperature superconducting (HTS) passive circuits and semiconductor (SC) active devices, we propose in this work a hybrid SC / HTS microstrip oscillator operating at 77 K and 12 GHz, combining a HEMT and a YBaCuO ring resonator.
