摘要
More severe cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation necessitate surgical stabilization. Arthroscopic techniques have been described, and we describe here a simple safe technique using the Tightrope Syndesmosis system (Arthrex, Naples, Fla), which provides a secure reduction during the period of ligament healing. We present the early clinical follow-up (mean, 15 months) of a cohort of 10 patients with severe cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated with this new technique.
