摘要
Two acknowledged therapies for improving the appearance of the facial skin are combined in an out-patient setting to achieve an even better outcome. Microdermoabrasion (MDA), using extremely fine-grained crystals, is employed as a first step to mechanically remove the surface layers of the stratum corneum. Immediatley afterwards, in the same session, a chemical peeling with AHA follows. The efficiency of the AHA-peeling is heightend by the mechanical pre-peeling. By consequential repetition of these measures results comparable to those of a deep peeling or Laser-treatment can be achieved without having the patient suffer through treatment-related side-effects. In the course of the treatment results and side-effects can be adapted to the individual patient's needs. The treatment is offered by the specialised dermatologist and the associated cosmetic skin care center.
