Up-levelling of inner motivation of physical self-improvement is still quite aqute and low-developed sphere of psyco-pedagogic and social knowledge. The metter of motivation of students' physical training self-improvemrnt in physical training and sports is being studied as one of the main aspects of human culture, of unerstanding of health value and professional longevity.
