摘要：
It is shown that the reliability of the nondestructive evaluation process as a heuristic system is dependent upon the reliability of the inspection instrument-inspector-medium combination. Factors influencing the reliability of the system and methods of increasing the reliability of the inspection instrument and the inspector are considered.
