摘要
We have studied the gap-labeling properties of the energy spectrum for one- and two-dimensional Fibonacci quasilattices. It is analytically proved that the step height of the integrated density of states is equal to {mtau}, where { } denotes the 'fractional part of', tau is the golden mean, and m is an integer which can be used to label the corresponding energy gap.
