摘要
Treatment with bovine surfactant (SF-RI 1) was shown to be efficacious in improving pulmonary function and in increasing survival rate without BPD in very premature infants. Surfactant therapy did not affect the risk of major complications of prematurity. © 1990 Springer-Verlag New York Inc.
