摘要：

A classification of methods and means employed in knowledge representation of the application domains of interactive systems is presented. Knowledge representation models constructed using these methods are considered, their; advantages and drawbacks are identified, and a comparative analysis is made. The main requirements for knowledge representation tools are determined.
