摘要
This is the second part of a paper devoted to development of methods of pseudo-orthogonal directions for solving systems of nonlinear equations. A procedure is worked out for investigating the speed of convergence of such methods. Locally quadratic convergence of the proposed methods to the root of a nonlinear system is proven. This implies the quadratic convergence of methods of unconditional minimization - the method of parallel displacements, Zangwill's method, and Powell's method.
