摘要
Muscle from Guinea Pig The phospholipid composition of mitochondria and microsomes from cardiac muscle of guinea pig was characterized. Diglycerides of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine were prepared by reaction with phospholipase C. The separation of molecular species of both phospholipids via diglyceride acetate was achieved on kieselgel plates impregnated with silver nitrate. The diglycerides were characterized by their fatty acid pattern. Diacyl- and alk-1-enyl-acyl-species with identical fatty acids in sn2-position could be separated from each other. In plasmalogens (= alk-1-enyl-acyl form) the saturated fatty acids in sn1-position of diacylphospholipids are substituted by a vinylether of the same chain length as the fatty acid. The diacyl- as well as the alk-1-enyl-acyl composition was rather typical for cholineglycerophospholipids and for ethanolamineglycerophospholipids.
