摘要
Three novel dimeric sesquiterpenes, shizukaols, B, C and D, which consists of two lindenane (modified eudesmane) units were isolated from the roots of Chloranthus serratus. Their structures were elucidated by 1D- and 2D-NMR analyses and by chemical methods. Among them, shizukaol B has a unique pendent macrocyclic lactone ring. The biogenetic relationship of the lindenane dimers is briefly discussed.
