摘要
Relationships between the effective chromium and carbon contents and the parameter of resistance that were derived to assess the susceptibility of stainless steels to intergranular corrosion and applied to low-carbon austenitic CrNi steels are discussed in this paper in relation to stabilized steels. The method is particularly suited for use at the stage of steelmaking, since trimming additions can be made to modify the chemical composition.
