摘要：

At this first moment we want to focus on the transition of the conception of rationality from modernity to postmodernity. For that, first of all, we try to understand the scope of rationality in modernity - rationalism - starting at the thought of Rene Descartes, and soon after we will check the postmodern reaction to this modern understanding. Reaction that we consider as an extension to the concept of rationality ( instrumental reason) valued in modernity, namely the raciovitalism. To support the concept of rationality of postmodernity we follow Gianni Vattimo's and Michael Maffesoli's contributions.
