摘要
Ethidium bromide binding to rat liver 5S RNA was measured spectrophotometrically in the presence and absence of Mg++ ions. Binding is enhanced in the absence of Mg++ ions as reflected in the twice larger apparent binding constants and apparent number of binding sites derived from SCATCHARD plots. No cooperativity is indicated by a data evaluation according to LIFSON / 12 /.
