SYNTHESIS OF HEAT-SHOCK PROTEINS IN RAT-TUMORS AFTER HYPERTHERMIA PERFORMED INVIVO AT DIFFERENT TIME OF A DAY

It has been established that heating of the Guerin carcinoma performed in the morning induces the synthesis of heat shock proteins (HSP 59-62, 69, 80-81, 85-86, 95, 105, 110 kDa) with maximum observed 4 h after the treatment. Heat treatment carried out in the evening was followed by 2 peaks of the HSP synthesis: 4 h later (HSP 65, 95,. 110) and 24 h later (HSP 59-62, 81, 85-86, 105). The spectrum of the HSP was in general similar in the control and heated hepatoma 27 cells of rats. The levels of HSP 70 in the serum of rats with the Guerin carcinoma were 0.6 and 1.8 O. D. (ELISA-test) after the morning and evening, hyperthermia, respectively.
