摘要
This article aims to study the value orientation of juvenile personality to the teaching activities in the first year of racing at the School of Early Childhood Education at the University of Pedagogical Sciences "Conrado Benitez Garcia" Cienfuegos. The results of the research reveal what factors and the hierarchy of influence in guiding these young people into the teaching profession to the next level, and the values and the valuation hierarchy that are geared to this, considering the profession as a core value. It was found that there were difficulties in the value orientation towards teaching profession, not to be the profession's fundamental value that guides students in selecting the career as well as in the activities of vocational guidance and vocational training activities in the level upper medium.
