摘要
The densities and sound velocities in dilute aqueous solutions of 10 amino acids were measured at 5, 15, 25, 35, and 45 degrees C. The amino acids used were glycine, L-alanine, L-valine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, DL-methionine, L-proline, L-phenylalanine, L-tryptophan, and L-tyrosine. Partial molar volumes and partial molar adiabatic compressibilities of these amino acids at infinite dilution were evaluated. The results were compared with those reported in the literature. The features of temperature dependence of the partial molar quantities were described.
