Dieulafoy disease of the bronchus is a rare case of hemoptysis with only 15 cases reported in the English literature. We present the 16th case along with a novel therapeutic approach. Historical treatment options have included thermoplasty, angiography with embolization of specific bronchial arteries, and/or surgical resection. We report successful treatment of a bronchial Dieulafoy lesion using cryotherapy and subsequent placement of an endobronchial silicone prosthesis.
