SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING IN THE BIBLE

The Old Testament is full of "signs and wonders", miraculous events that you crave a skeptical impossible. But they seem greatly to certain well-tested scientific fact. Events such as levitation, healing, prophecy and technical applications are described in the New Testament. But, do the conventions of the evangelists contributed to obscure the facts? Were they as miraculous as explained? "On the third day he rose from the dead" and describes the Christian faith the miracle of the physical resurrection of Christ. But what holds extraordinary events this biblical? In this paper, we study the biblical facts that modern science explains, or tries to do, in light of new discoveries and research.
