Corruption and organized crime in Colombia: a socio-historical perspective

It is proposed to show the relationship of criminal organizations and the local, thus configuring a capture of local state, which is the first link of a scalar capture of the Colombian State that starts in the municipality and culminates in geostrategic projects, thus revealing the transnational character of organized crime For the above, it is sought to identify the risk factors that increase the probability of the capture phenomena of the State, by means of a model of analysis of the phenomenon, identifying the insertion in the legal and illegal economies for the control of the leverage territorial and social. It was determined, like the processes of capture of the State, locally, vicious transformation circles that reconfigurations propitious of the State generating new political, economic and social signs in the territories.
