A series of 4-[3(5)pyrazolyl]pyridimum salts has been synthesized. Many of these compounds display interesting hypoglycemic activity in alloxan-diabetic mice; a structure-activity relationship is derived. © 1968, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
