To Reach London: Great Britain and Migration Policy of the European Union

Migration processes took place during various periods of world history. Therefore as it is emphasized in this article, the mass migration observed in recent years to Europe, can be considered as the next stage of "resettlement of the people". Civil wars and armed conflicts, environmental problems, poverty, social poverty and growth of birth rate became her reasons. A variety of reasons are caused by intervention of the western countries seeking to keep the domination in the Afro-Asian regions rich with natural resources. Mass migration, mainly to Germany, France and Great Britain has made changes to policy of the governments of these countries. The most sweeping changes have happened in Great Britain where on a referendum on membership in the EU, most of citizens has voted for an exit (Brexit). However the situation in Great Britain as it is noted in article, has no critical character, besides "to reach London" not so simply, unlike Berlin or Paris. Besides, London sought to pursue the policy also earlier, without following "instructions" from Brussels. And still, as the author considers, Great Britain should consider the situation which has developed in Europe.
