肝癌患者血清中miR-221、miR-222表达分析

摘要
目的探索肝癌患者血清中miR-221 、miR-222表达情况。方法选取2013年至2014年于河南省省直第二医院、郑州大学第二附属医院、河南省人民医院行原发肝癌手术切除患者31例, 同时选取健康体检者68例作为对照;采外周血2 ml,提取RNA, 定量逆转录PCR方法检测miR-221和miR-222相对表达水平。结果健康对照组和肝癌组血清中miR-221和miR-222相对表达量分别为1.92±0.67、1.24±0.36和10.18±2.27、7.57±1.26;肝癌患者血清中miR-221和miR-222相对表达量明显高于正常对照, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肝癌患者血清中miR-221和miR-222相对表达量显著升高, 于肝癌临床上有早期诊疗意义。
