Galectin-1、Galectin-3、Galectin-9在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
目的探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中Galectin-1、Galectin-3、Galectin-9蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法选取宫颈鳞状细胞癌标本蜡块78例, 采用免疫组织化学方法对宫颈鳞状细胞癌标本蜡块78例组织中的Galectin-1、Galectin-3和Galectin-9蛋白表达进行检测, 分析其表达与宫颈鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 Galectin-1、Galectin-3在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达率分别为89.7%、84.6%, 均明显高于其正常宫颈组织中阳性表达率(12.8%、15.4%), 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Galectin-9在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织阳性表达率为17.9%, 与正常宫颈组织Galectin-9阳性表达率(14.1%)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。可以认为Galectin-1、Galectin-3在宫颈鳞状细胞癌表达与组织学分级、临床FIGO分期、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、宫外扩散有关, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尚不能认为Galectin-9在宫颈鳞状细胞癌表达与组织学分级、临床FIGO分期、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、宫外扩散相关, 差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Galectin-1、Galectin-3的高表达和Galectin-9的低表达在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用, 对判断宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者的生物学行为具有一定的意义。
