摘要：
To the Editor : Fontan-associated liver disease shows increasing incidence as advances in pediatric cardiology have prolonged life expectancy in patients with single ventricle congenital heart defects [1]. Their unique physiology and procedure-related sequelae present an increasingly relevant challenge in hepatic surgery.
