Ti3C2TxMXene/ReS2复合吸波材料的制备及性能调控

摘要
采用冰模板法成功制备了Ti3C2Tx MXene/ReS2复合吸波材料.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的组成、形貌和电磁性能进行了表征.结构表征结果表明,所制备的Ti3C2Tx MXene/ReS2复合材料具有三维层级有序多孔结构.材料的电磁参数测试表明,ReS2的引入可以有效地调节复合材料的介电损耗特性.与ReS2和Ti3C2Tx MXene材料相比,Ti3C2Tx MXene/ReS2复合材料表现出良好的电磁波吸收性能和阻抗匹配特性:在频率为17 GHz处,该复合材料的最小反射损耗可达到-36 dB;在1.5 mm匹配厚度下,其有效吸收带宽可以达到4.0 GHz.Ti3C2Tx MXene/ReS2复合材料的成功制备为高性能电磁波吸收材料的设计和开发提供新的策略.
